In response to an invitation from my friend JZ in AZ, I'm going to do 46 consecutive days of yoga. And post a little bit about each to keep myself accountable. Day 1:
Tonight I practiced forward bends (and patience) on the floor in the dark next to my bed while my almost 2 year old son was on bedtime strike by my side. The little potty is also in my room next to the bed so my forward bending was seasoned with the smell of kid pee. It was actually awesome. Favorite of the evening: half reclined hero pose with the other leg bent, knee to the sky foot on the floor. Here's a photo of some of it.
