Reveal Yourself - Ways to Nourish
Nourish yourself when you are feeling well. That way, it seems easier and the effort lasts longer. Nourish yourself when you feel loved, when you are surrounded with support and when you are wont of nothing.
When you put care and love towards yourself now, you create a refuge for the dark days. Not that they won’t come, but maybe they will feel a little softer on the inside.
Do you know what your heart craves? Listen deeply. Make a list of the things that nourish you. Be specific! Is there one that you can do right now?
